Store Policy

Shopwize

At shopwize Boutique, our biggest goal is to ensure satisfaction with all of our fabulous customers.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make things right! 

 

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.  If you think you have received a defective item(s) (please attach a picture of the defective item with your return request), were sent incorrect items , or items are missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery confirmation.  

 

Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in denial of store credit.

Returns
& Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Returns are eligible for store credit only.  Please notify Shopwize Boutique via email within 3 days of receipt of your order if you would like to do a return.  Items must be sent back to Shopwize Boutique (with tracking confirmation) within 10 days of the customer having received the package.  We cannot guarantee an exchange of your item since we offer no more than 2 of each item.  Returns require prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number.  Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be honored.  Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees except in the case of receiving the wrong merchandise or defective merchandise.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a code via email.  This code is for one-time use on a future purchase and can only be used once.

(Example if your code is for $20, you have to spend at least $20, not $10 now and $10 later)

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds unless we are unable to fulfill your original order.  Refunds must be returned to the original method of payment used to place the order.  If there is an issue returning your payment to the original payment method (i.e., lost/stolen card, closed account), a store credit will be issued.

 

Footwear

Shoes must be in the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.  Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return.  We recommend only trying on shoes in a carpeted area for a very limited time not to cause wear to the soles.

Our Shipping Policy

Our preferred shipper is USPS priority mail.  Most orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours and take 2-4 business days to be delivered.  Orders are shipped to the US only at this time.  Tracking information will be sent once an item is shipped.  USPS Priority mail includes $50 of insurance.  If your item is over $50, you can request additional insurance to cover your purchase against loss or damage. 

 

Lost/Damaged package claims must be made directly with USPS.  We are not responsible for packages once they have been released to the shipper.

$75.00 to $149.99-Flat Rate $10.99
$150.00 and up FREE SHIPPING
